We are thrilled that a limited licence for the ABBA musical production, Mamma Mia!, has just been announced by MTI (Sep 2026). The show can be staged in the UK by schools and universities (on own premises only).
Stunning - and unique - costumes designed and produced in-house by Scott McKenzie for Molly Limpet's TE Ltd will be available to hire UK-wide* from as early as spring 2027. MTI is being very clear in their contracts that no supplier is to copy or infer any designs from any previous professional productions. Please do not ask us to recreate what has gone before, as licensing restrictions prohibit this. Details can be found in your MTI licensing contract.
The musical, with music by ABBA founders Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and a book by Catherine Johnson, tells the story of a young woman's search for her birth father, set on a beautiful Greek island.
